Breaded Baked Chicken
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. parmesean cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
(I used boneless skinless chicken thighs, it was
what I had in the freezer. :) )
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine bread crumbs, ginger cheese, and garlic powder.
Dip chicken in melted butter, the bread crumb mixture,
coating well. In a 13x9 inch baking dish arrange chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
